Bruno Fernandes a summer transfer target for Tottenham and both Manchester United, has signed a contract with Sporting Lisbon.
Its reward for its 25-year-olds fine form – he scored 32 goals for his team last season and has already contributed nine this effort.
Fernandes advised Sportings website:it is a pride for me and also a recognition of my job; it is a sign that Im doing things nicely.

Fernandes says that he came close to a move into the Premier League after agreeing a move to Tottenham.
He states Sporting refused to sanction the deal, also Spurs went to signal Giovani Lo Celso.
Manchester United scouted him but they chose not to make a move for him in the transfer window.
